Shipping Policy
- All items will be shipped promptly after your order has been completed.
- Orders placed before 12 noon Central Time will be shipped out on the same day.
- We ship all products using USPS Priority Mail.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
Items purchased from InfaShield.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and unwashed.
- Items must have original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Go to our contact us page.
- Select Returns/Exchanges as the subject.
- Enter the following in the message box:
- Name, Address, Phone Number
- Items(s) and Quantity
- Transaction # and Date
- Reason for return
- We will respond with further details to complete the return.
Attention:
- Infashield, LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost via shipping company if a valid tracking number is not provided.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
